The Village launched a new online reporting system called SeeClickFix. This system allows users to identify and report their issues and concerns directly to the Village using an online portal (see below) or by downloading the application on their smartphones.

  1. What is SeeClickFix?
    1. SeeClickFix is a reporting platform which allows residents to identify and report issues and concerns to the Village using an app on their smart phone or the portal on this webpage.
  2. How Does SeeClickFix work?
    1. When reporting an issue using SeeClickFix, residents submit the service request and if possible, take a photo of their concern. The request is instantly routed to the correct department and staff. This means your service request is addressed quickly and efficiently. You can track progress from beginning to end, so you’ll know when the issue is resolved.
  3. How do I download the SeeClickFix app?
    1. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for SeeClickFix. When you reach the app’s home screen, select Explore Community. You’ll type Willowbrook, Illinois in the search bar and once you see the Village of Willowbrook's logo you’re done!
  4. Can emergency situations be reported on SeeClickFix?
    1. All emergency issues, such as an ongoing crime or health issues, need to be reported by calling 911.
  5. Can I submit SeeClickFix requests anonymously?
    1. SeeClickFix allows the reporting party to remain anonymous.
