Statewide Tier 3 COVID-19 Mitigation Efforts
Regrettably, confirmed cases and increased hospitalizations have not only been increasing in our Region (8) but throughout every region in our state. As of November 17, 2020, Willowbrook has a total of 642 confirmed cases, 571 of that number are considered community outbreak, meaning 571 cases are non nursing home. I urge all our residents to only leave home for essential activities in an effort to curb the spread of the deadly Coronavirus.
Below you will see Governor Pritzker’s announcement from Tuesday afternoon, but before that message I must say again: Please follow the 3 W's; Wear a mask, Wash your hands, and Watch your distance.
‘On Tuesday, November 17, 2020 Governor Pritzker announced that due to the spread of COVID-19 now exploding exponentially in every region of our state, our statewide positivity rate at record highs and hospitalizations surpassing Spring peak numbers, all 11 regions will move into Tier 3 effective Friday, November 20, 2020 at 12:01am’
WEAR your cloth mask- the mask must cover your nose and your mouth
WASH your hands often or use hand sanitizer
WATCH your distance – Maintain 6 feet apart
We are in this together, and Together we can keep Willowbrook safe for all.
