[ARCHIVED] Amnesty Day 2022

Amnesty Day 2022

Mark your calendar — the 2022 Amnesty Day program will be held during regularly scheduled collections September 26, 27 & 28.

On your regular garbage pickup date, residents can place an unlimited volume of acceptable refuse at the curb without any garbage stickers! (NO electronics, televisions, landscape waste, brush, tires, appliances or construction debris  will be collected as part of Amnesty Day.)

Any material that does not fit into a can or bag must be securely tied in bundles not exceeding 5 ft. in length, 2 ft. in diameter or 50 pounds in weight.  (Do not block garbage bins with debris).

Please be aware only single-family residents that have their refuse service provided by Groot are eligible for the 2022 Amnesty Day Collection.

Questions should be directed to Village Hall at 630-323-8215.
