1. Can I park a vehicle on the street overnight in the Village of Willowbrook?

Generally, No. Village code states that no person shall park any vehicle between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. of any day, except physicians on emergency calls, on any street in the Municipality. (Ord. 63-O-34, 12-23-1963; amd. Ord. 20-O-22, 6-8-2020). -- Requests must be received submitted online prior to 12:00 AM cut off. -- Overnight parking requests received after 12:00 AM may be subject to citation. -- Overnight parking requests left on Police Department voicemail will not be honored. -- Overnight parking will not be granted when there is one inch or more of snow fall. -- Overnight parking permission does not exempt any other Village parking regulations as listed in Village of Willowbrook Municipal Code. Beginning July 1, 2020, you will be limited to 3 nights per month.

2. Can I pay my water bill online?

Yes! Water bills, building permits, business licenses, parking tickets, park events, and several miscellaneous payments may now be paid online. For more information, click here.

3. Where can I register to vote?

Willowbrook residents can register at the Village Hall during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), at any other municipality and most libraries located within DuPage County. You can also register at:

4. When does the Village Board meet?

The Village Board meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 pm. Due to renovations to the Council Chambers, Board meetings will temporarily be held at the Willowbrook Police Department, located at 7760 Quincy Street, Willowbrook, IL. Exceptions to this meeting schedule occur in the months of May and December due to the Memorial Day and Christmas holidays.

5. What organizations have solicitation approval within the Village?

It is unlawful for any organization to engage in solicitation within the Village of Willowbrook unless the organization has obtained a permit from the Village. Solicitation hours within the Village are between nine o’clock (9:00) A.M. and nine o’clock (9:00) P.M. or dusk, whichever is earlier. No organization shall engage in commercial solicitation at any time on a Sunday or any state or national holiday. Solicitation is only allowed between April 1 and October 31.

7. Do I need a business license?

Not all businesses are required to be licensed to operate within the Village of Willowbrook. Businesses required to be licensed are specifically identified in Title 3 of the Village Code. 8. What is a red light violation?

A red light violation is a citation issued by the Village via the use of an automated traffic enforcement camera. The violation occurs when the entire vehicle is behind the white stop line of the intersection when the light turns red and then the driver continues through the intersection despite the red light.
