The Village of Willowbrook operates under the Mayor/Trustee form of government. The Village Administrator is appointed and serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and Board of Trustees, who are elected.
The Village Administrator’s Office, located in the Village Hall, centralizes support services for all Village departments and is comprised of three divisions: Administration, Finance, and Parks and Recreation.
