At the November 23rd Village Board meeting, Lassak Deli and the owners of the Willowbrook Town Center received a special use permit to open a 10,000 square foot polish specialty deli. Lassak Deli will be located next to Michael's; this will be their second location and they plan on opening in the late first quarter or early second quarter of 2010.
