Posted on: October 20, 2017[ARCHIVED] Gasoline Odor Update
The Tri-State Fire Protection District and the
Willowbrook Police Department are investigating a gasoline smell in the Knolls
Condominium Complex and nearby areas. The source of the smell appears to be related
to the sanitary sewers. DuPage County Office of Emergency Management and the
Flag Creek Sanitary District are also investigating the source of the gasoline
smell. Media staging area will be near 140 Lincoln Oaks Drive. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Chief Pavelchik at rpavelchik@willowbrook.il.us
