The Village of Willowbrook is pleased to present the results from the third Willowbrook Citizen Survey. In July 2011, surveys were sent to 1,000 randomly selected citizens. Many municipalities are benefiting from the use of a citizen survey. These surveys bridge the gap between the Village government and citizens who don’t come to meetings, but do vote, pay taxes, and have made the decision to live and run their businesses in Willowbrook. The best way to encourage good performance is to measure it, and the best indicator of government performance is citizen satisfaction. A citizen survey is an instrument that measures the level of citizen satisfaction with Village government programs and services.
