[ARCHIVED] 2021 Spring Brush Collection

2021 spring brush

Dear Willowbrook Resident:  The Mayor and Board of Trustees approved a Village-wide brush collection program to be conducted May 24-28, 2021. Residents may begin placing material upon the parkway on May 22, 2021.   No additional material may be placed on the parkway after May 23, 2021.

NOTICE: BRUSH PILE CANNOT EXCEED A 4’ x 8’ AREA.  IF LARGER, IT WILL BE REJECTED.

Brush is defined as branches and trimmings from trees only. There is an eight (8’) foot limit on length and no item may exceed eight inches (8”) in diameter. Logs, stumps, grass clippings, flowers, weeds, plants, leaves and lumber will not be collected through this program. If any of this material is discovered in the brush pile, the pile will be rejected and said resident will have seven (7) days to remove the pile at that resident’s expense. Brush should be placed loosely upon the parkway not to exceed four (4’) foot by eight (8’) foot area, without obstructing drainage ways, and should not be bound using wire or string. Branches should be stacked with the cut limbs facing the roadway.
